The Program Lead will work as a lead teacher 75% of the time, while also supervising staff within their program, ensuring curriculum is implemented with fidelity, and maintaining strong relationships with families through communication and support. Candidates must be First Aid/CPR certified, knowledgeable in Rule 3, and committed to upholding our behavior guidance plan. This position will include floating between classrooms to give teachers their breaks along with covering classrooms on a teachers day off. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to do something new every day. Candidates must be First Aid/CPR certified, knowledgeable in Rule 3, and committed to upholding our behavior guidance plan.
