All positions range in pay from $16 per hour to $21 per hour.
All employees will undergo and pass a background study through the MN Dept of Human Services. All employees are required to receive First Aid/CPR within 90 days of employment and maintain this certification throughout their employment.

Center Closer

Little Wonders is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Lead and Center Closer to join our team. This role combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities to ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment for children and staff alike. The Program Lead will work as a lead teacher 75% of the time, while also supervising staff within their program, ensuring curriculum is implemented with fidelity, and maintaining strong relationships with families through communication and support. Candidates must be First Aid/CPR certified, knowledgeable in Rule 3, and committed to upholding our behavior guidance plan. Breaker/Float
Lead or Assistant Teacher

Little Wonders is seeking a passionate and experienced Breaker and Floater to join our team. This role combines classroom teaching with teaching support. This position will include floating between classrooms to give teachers their breaks along with covering classrooms on a teachers day off. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to do something new every day. Candidates must be First Aid/CPR certified, knowledgeable in Rule 3, and committed to upholding our behavior guidance plan. Center Opener
