Infants

In our infant program, our focus is on aiding your child in recognizing familiar faces and fostering a sense of trust. As parents, we're here to assist you in navigating this incredible journey and offer continuous support every step of the way. Our utmost priority is ensuring your comfort and maintaining open communication with you, while simultaneously ensuring your child is happy, safe, and healthy. We will work with the parents on each child’s individual schedule and do our best to meet all of their needs. Whether you breast feed or formula feed, we are here to help support you in raising your child in the manner that best suits your preferences and circumstances.

As your baby grows, we will work on things like sign language, Spanish, days of the week, counting, shapes, colors and many other skills. Your child will also be able to spend time learning outdoors whether on a stroller ride or in our play area as the weather permits to help stimulate their minds through new textures and interacting with wildlife.  The main objective with our oldest infants is to teach the children where they fit in the world we live in. Simple tasks such as learning to sit in a small chair, drinking from a sippy cup and eating with utensils are a large focus. These children will work on things like looking for hidden objects, shaking, banging and putting items into containers. Saying simple words like "mama" and "dada" are bug language milestones we work on. They are starting to recognize colors, shapes and animals. We will also teach your child to identify some of the basic body parts, respond to their name, and be part of group activities.

Toddlers

In our Toddler room, children begin discovering who they are and how they relate to the world around them. At this stage, toddlers are developing rapidly, and we nurture their growth through engaging, hands-on experiences that support curiosity, independence, and early learning. Children build foundational skills through activities like exploring sign language, learning simple Spanish words, counting, identifying shapes and colors, and recognizing the days of the week. They also begin sorting objects, stacking blocks, and engaging in simple pretend play—important cognitive milestones for this age. We encourage fine motor development through tasks like placing items into containers, scribbling with crayons, and using utensils during meals. Socially and emotionally, toddlers are learning to express themselves, show empathy, and play alongside peers. We support these milestones by modeling gentle communication, encouraging turn-taking, and celebrating their growing independence—whether it’s helping with dressing or saying short phrases like “more please” or “all done.”

Outdoor learning is a vital part of our day. Weather permitting, children enjoy stroller rides or time on the playground, where they can explore new textures, observe wildlife, and strengthen gross motor skills like climbing, running, and kicking balls. These outdoor experiences help stimulate their senses and support physical development.

Preschool

In our Preschool room, children are immersed in a vibrant, hands-on learning environment designed to challenge and inspire growing minds. Our space is thoughtfully stocked with age-appropriate toys and activities that support curiosity, creativity, and focus. We regularly update materials and lesson plans to reflect children’s evolving interests and developmental needs.

Preschoolers engage in a wide range of subjects—including science, art, language, history, and music—through interactive projects that encourage exploration and self-expression. Weekly themes and letter focuses guide classroom activities, helping children build early literacy and cognitive skills. At this age, children are learning to follow multi-step directions, ask and answer questions, and use sentences with 3–4 words. They begin to recognize letters, name colors, and understand basic counting concepts.

We also emphasize life skills and emotional development. Children practice expressing feelings, sharing, taking turns, and building friendships—important social milestones for age three. They’re learning to dress themselves, use child-safe scissors, and engage in imaginative play, all while developing independence and confidence.

Outdoor play and movement are essential parts of our day, supporting physical milestones like running, climbing, pedaling tricycles, and catching balls. These activities help children refine coordination and build strength while enjoying fresh air and nature.

Kindergarten readiness is a key focus in our Preschool classroom. We encourage children to learn at their own pace while preparing them for the routines, skills, and expectations of formal schooling. If a child is not yet potty trained, our staff partners with families to support this milestone with patience and consistency.

Pre-K

Our Preschool Program is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for a confident and successful transition into Kindergarten. We provide a dynamic, hands-on learning environment where four-year-olds can explore, create, and grow through age-appropriate activities that support their developmental milestones.

Children at this stage are expanding their vocabulary, forming longer sentences, and expressing ideas clearly. Our curriculum nurtures these language skills through weekly letter and theme-based projects that encourage storytelling, singing, and group discussions. Preschoolers also begin to recognize sight words, identify rhyming patterns, and understand the sequence of events—essential early literacy skills.

We introduce foundational academic concepts across subjects like science, art, history, music, and language, using interactive materials and updated toys that keep children engaged and focused. Children practice counting, naming colors and shapes, and exploring cause-and-effect relationships—building cognitive skills that support problem-solving and curiosity.

Social-emotional development is woven into daily routines. Preschoolers learn to share, take turns, express feelings with words, and show empathy toward others. They also begin to follow classroom rules, adapt behavior to different settings, and demonstrate independence in tasks like dressing, serving themselves, and caring for personal belongings.

Physical development is supported through activities that strengthen fine motor skills—such as drawing, cutting with scissors, and writing letters—and gross motor skills like hopping, balancing, and catching balls.

We also focus on life skills like tying shoes, understanding routines, and practicing self-regulation. For children still working on potty training, our staff partners closely with families to support this milestone with consistency and care.

Above all, we encourage each child to learn at their own pace in a nurturing, respectful environment. Our goal is to help every preschooler feel confident, capable, and ready to thrive in Kindergarten and beyond.
